Caramel Coated Supreme
Goal:
How to make
a bar of supreme chocolate.
Materials:
·
50g
of cocoa butter
·
cocoa
solids (50g if you want dark chocolate, 30g if you want milk chocolate)
·
milk
·
sugar
·
popping
candy
·
melted
caramel
·
super
fast mixer
·
bowl
·
moulds
Steps:
1. Pour the melted caramel over the
popping candy, then let it set in the fridge.
2. Whilst the popping candy is setting
pour the cocoa butter in with the milk in to the bowl.
3. After the popping candy has stayed in
the fridge for 15 minutes take it out.
4. Pour the sugar in with the butter and
the milk, then with the mixer start the beating on high speed like 14 or 16 for
10 minutes.
5. Add your cocoa solids, start mixing
thoroughly on 3 for 3 minutes.
6. Tip in the popping candy.
7. Mould the chocolate in any type of mould,
but make sure it’s clean.
8. Wrap the chocolate in a wrapper.
9. Enjoy eating a ‘scrumdidely’ creamy
chocolate!
